dc.description.abstract | Values based recruitment and development is a new and progressive approach to organization renewal. The assessment of values and development, and the re-enforcement of these values in all aspects of an organization's work are a formidable task and one that is only accomplished over an extended period of time. The introduction of values-based instruments and processes can be used to re-position an organization or as a way of increasing its credibility and productivity. I would like to share our ambitious efforts to introduce this process in the context of a correctional agency working as part of the Canadian public service. | |
