Pour un renouveau de la formation aux affaires publiques: du formatage des élites à l'apprentissage de la diversité
Abstract
This paper presents the World Observatory in Teaching of Public Affairs (WOTPA) which is a worldwide data base of university programmes of public affairs at various levels (bachelor, masters, executive masters and doctorates), as well as a portal for accessing documents about teaching public affairs at a tertiary level. By making such information available through WOTPA, it is hoped that potential participants in public affairs programmes as well as such programme leaders will be able to compare and improve the existing programmes and develop new ones to further public governance.
